JOB PURPOSE

This role is a 12 month FTC with potential to expand to a Permanent position. The Central Retail Programme Co-ordinator is responsible for the end-to-end co-ordination of Central Retail and associated cross-functional programmes. This includes the focus door strategy, Omnichannel and Online to Offline co-ordination and performance reporting, seasonal materials to drive consistent service excellence, and engagement analysis of Retail platforms. The key purpose of the Central Retail Programme Co-ordinator is to lead seamless organisation and follow up of programmes, materials and reporting -ensuring impeccable communication and support to regional teams during the full programme lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordinate monthly communications to the regions regarding our focus doors strategy-including setting up and recapping meetings, sharing monthly performance summaries and priorities
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure regional needs are fed back to the appropriate stakeholders and followed up effectively
  • Work closely with the Retail Omnichannel Manager to organise monthly calls and partner with Digital to generate reports that drive awareness, buy-in and performance across retail elements of Omnichannel and Online to Offline services
  • Own the administration and upkeep of Central Retail owned SharePoint sites and Yammer pages, ensuring access rights, timelines, visual aesthetic and format rating is up to date
  • Lead the co-ordination of seasonal retail packs across multiple functions including Client & CRM, Retail Excellence, Commercial Strategy & Performance, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Events, etc.
  • Collaborate with Retail Training, Client &CRM and D&I to maintain the relevancy of all BAU and new materials owned by Central Retail -including; Client Journeys, The Book 2.0, Appointment Rituals
  • Influence relevant stakeholders around the business to make decisions that are deeply rooted in improving the Retail teams' and Clients' experience
  • Support Central Retail team colleagues on other major programmes where needed
  • Participate as a key contributor in annual Retail conferences, leading on organisational elements and supporting on content creation and execution plans to drive effective implementation in regional roll-out phase

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Impeccable attention to detail informatting of presentations, reporting, scheduling and follow up
  • Enjoys establishing and building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and vendors
  • Has the confidence, hunger and proactivity to lead pieces of work end-to-end
  • Sincerely passionate about building and adding value to a positive, people-focused, creative, dynamic team culture
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience planning and co-ordinating large-scale retail programmes across multiple markets
  • Confident with cross-functional collaboration with a variety of teams including Training, Merchandising, Client Engagement, Digital, Business Analysts
  • Strong ability to gauge and balance requirements of senior stakeholders with the practical reality of a store environment
  • Proven skills in retail programme material design across different formats - including print, presentation, digital platforms and video
  • Strong command of Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and other MS tools
