ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL RUNNING OF THE STUDIO & STORAGE UNIT, ENSURING STUDIO SPACES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, TIDY AND ORGANISED
  • PUTTING TEMPLATES IN PLACE FOR MANAGING OFFICE AND EVENT INVENTORY
  • COORDINATING THE COMPANY MEETING EACH WEEK AND UPDATING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
  • OCCASIONAL PA TO THE FOUNDER                                           
  • ASSISTING IN SOURCING NEW INTERNS, AS WELL AS MANAGING INTERNS WHEN REQUIRED
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR FINANCE RELATED TASKS SUCH AS INVOICE CHASING - REFUNDS - BANK LIAISON ETC,
  • MANAGING ACCOUNTS SUCH AS ZOOM, TRANSPORT COMPANIES, TRADE ACCOUNTS ETC 
  • ASSISTING THE MANAGING DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER AS NEEDED  
  • MANAGING TEAM TRAVEL LOGISTICS 
  • ASSIST WITH EVENT PLANNING AND SOURCING IF NEEDED
