Performance & Innovation Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Performance & Innovation Analyst (m/f/d) to support the development of the performance culture of the HUGO BOSS stores. Are you enthusiastic about projects within global retail performance? A highly motivated team is waiting for you to join.

What you can expect:

• Involvement and direct contribution to retail performance analysis and innovation projects
• Periodic management of retail performance dashboards including with various stakeholders for input & improvement
• Continuous optimization and further development of key strategic fields of action (e.g. store performance)
• Direct and frequent involvement with international markets
• Opportunities to identify and pursue areas of opportunity / threats to performance
• Being part of the next-level of HUGO BOSS Global Retail

Your profile:

• Successfully completed Bachelor or comparable
• Experience in an analytics and performance data management
• Excited by the future of retail and eager to be a part of the change
• Proven experience working with various stakeholders in parallel
• Problem solver and ability to spot areas for improvement
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to read data and translate it into impact
• Open-minded approach to topics
• Collaborative with a focus on team success
