In order to be prepared for the challenges of the digital world in the future, we in Group Finance & Tax aim to adapt dynamically to new circumstances and be open to new ideas. Our job is to ensure the correct application of complex accounting and tax regulations and to prepare correct and complete financial statements, thus ensuring financial transparency in the Group. To this end, we develop uniform processes and guidelines for all accounting/tax/treasury topics and advise our internal customers on the further development of operational processes and the implementation of the CLAIM 5 growth strategy. In the future, we can expect a large number of exciting projects, which we want to support optimally right from the start. Therefore, we are expanding our Treasury department and are looking for you to strengthen our young and motivated team.

What you can expect:

• In your new role you will assume a broad variety of Treasury related responsibilities including F/X and liquidity management and will drive the development of a digital Treasury function for our global organisation
• You will analyse our foreign currency risk, identify potential impacts on our P&L, develop appropriate hedging strategies, execute derivatives as well as measure its effectiveness
• You manage the Group's liquidity including the internal and external payment transactions and execute money market transactions
• You will support the development of an automated and digital Treasury function through the implementation of state-of-the-art solutions and embrace new technologies such as RPA and APIs/cloud as lever to gain process efficiencies
• You will establish a strong network within the organisation and position yourself as a competent business partner towards interface areas such as Accounting, Controlling, IT, our global subsidiaries as well as external stakeholders such as banks or fintechs

Your profile:

• You have a Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or in a related field, ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications (e.g. Certified Corporate Treasurer)
• In addition, you bring at least 3 years of proven work experience in the Corporate Treasury of an international company
• Ideally you have knowledge of SAP FI/CM/TRM or SAP S/4 Hana and are experienced in dealing with payment and supply chain financing solutions (e.g. TIS)
• You are curious, have a pronounced hands-on mentality and have a strong implementation personality with drive
• Your way of working is proactive and solution-oriented and you like to take ownership
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high level of customer orientation
• You are able to communicate complex Treasury issues in a comprehensible and understandable way
