LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY

SMCP USA Inc. (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, De Fursac) is seeking an ECommerce Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team. This position will assist in the maintenance of the Maje USA and Canada websites, as well as online partners in North America. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector.

What you'll do:

• ECOMMERCE PLATFORM:
  
  • Manage product catalog
    • Activation and categorization
    • Copy update (name, description)
    • Filtering attributes set up
  • Overlook catalog set up
    • Perform regular check to identify any product, inventory or functionality issue
    • Maintain accurate product display
    • Work closely with CRM team to create product selections
    • Update SEO data
  • Support in content management
    • Assets development
    • Contents scheduling
  • Promotions set up (sale, discounts..)
  • Optimization on the process and website improvement suggestion
  • Supervise one intern on daily supporting tasks
  
  BUSINESS ANALYSIS:
  
  • Deliver regular business reporting on
    • Return reasons data
    • Products performances

Who you are:

• • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year experience in eCommerce
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Interest in e-commerce and external partners relationship management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Team player
  • Highly organized
