LOCATION: SMCP NORTH AMERICA HEADQUARTERS, 44 WALL STREET, NEW YORK, NY

This position is responsible for direct support of the Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager and Sr Brand Director, SANDRO in coordination, communication and production of SANDRO North America retail marketing and event initiatives. Along with support for communications, social media and digital strategy for a 360 approach to build brand awareness & driving incremental sales.

What you'll do:

360 ° MARKETING COORDINATION
  • Collaborate across departments to create, distribute, and support execution of marketing calendar to reinforce seasonal and brand messaging for retail, e-commerce and digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on workflow to meet deliverables and deadlines
  • Vendor, accounts payable and budget management
  • Provide administration and other ad hoc support as needed
  • Compile 360° marketing recap that includes retail marketing and paid media campaign to identify future opportunities and to track ROI

RETAIL MARKETING
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager and Sr Brand Director to define and implement the retail marketing and events strategy in all doors
  • Partner with retail & commercial teams to identify seasonal retail event strategy to drive incremental sales
  • Work closely with District and Store Managers to communicate, receive, and evaluate all field local marketing requests
  • Identify solutions to store specific issues that address the need, and maintain brand consistency
  • Assist in identifying key markets and partners. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional materials
  • Perform set up of marketing actions for automation of discounts and promotions in store
  • Manage retail partner strategy and budget with retail partners (HBC, Bloomingdales, Saks, Nordstrom)
  • Plan store manager conferences for US + Canada

DIGITAL MARKETING
  • Collaborate with the local media agency to ensure best-in class digital prospecting campaign
  • Collaborate with retail partner to identify digital visibility: e-commerce, social media, and newsletter.

Who you are:

Education/Experience:
  • 2+ year experience in 360° marketing coordination, retail marketing and paid media
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Qualifications:
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing & communications strategies and campaigns
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically
  • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead the curve (ie. New digital format, new platform)
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Studio and Google Analytics is a plus
