The Executive Assistant position will be based in Los Angeles, reporting to the SVP of Global PR & Brand Communications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, expenses, and travel
- Coordinate with executive's direct reports on a daily basis to gather and distribute information and schedule team meetings
- Proactively manage the needs of the SVP and Global PR team, prioritizing what is important and urgent
- Maintain updated global calendars and media lists
- Responsible for ad-hoc projects and preparing internal press recaps for distribution
- Support LA PR team with editorial pulls, sample trafficking, and send outs
- Assist with press monitoring and clipping coverage
- Conduct relevant market research
- Manage departmental purchasing card
- Serve as office manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Discrete and intuitive professional
- A high sense of urgency, timeliness and follow-through
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to interact professionally with high-level executives on a regular basis
- Ability to prioritize
- Extremely resourceful
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
