Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a Creative Content Producer at the office in London. The Creative Content Producer is responsible for conceptualising and producing innovative content according to the brand vision, building a stronger visual universe and narrative. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, creative and strategic individual who thrives in a creative, fast paced, start-up environment. 

The position reports directly to the company’s Brand Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose and produce creative content  from concept to execution for all channels and coordinate photoshoots from start to finish
  • Responsible for producing and developing e-commerce imagery: on model,  flat lays, product photos,
  • Develop and own the daily, weekly, seasonal content calendar to support product launches and seasonal stories
  • Share assets cross-departmentally to ensure content deliverables are complete and ready for launch in a timely manner and promoted in a consistent brand voice across relevant channels.
  • Maintain, track, and report content budgets per project.
  • Work with team members to create creative briefs and decks to be shared with internal and external parties.
  • create image mood boards and references to be shared with external vendors (Lighting, Attitude, Hair & Makeup, etc).
  • Coordinate bookings of freelance content vendors (Including but not limited to: Photographers, Directors, Producers, Casting, Styling, Studios, etc).
  • Create asset delivery guidelines and deadlines for all content projects.
  • Assist to make final selects and edits of all content projects.
  • Organise content assets in Google drive and Mediabank and prepare shared folders for relevant internal and external parties.
  • Propose and help to create brand partnerships, ensuring Axel Arigato stands out, setting the brand’s message apart, socially and creatively.
  • Suggest and implement creative collaborations or cultural initiatives in order to raise awareness of Axel Arigato values externally and enhance the brand equity
  • Stay current in social media and digital trends
  • Perform all other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 year’s experience working in the fashion industry in a similar position
  • A strong portfolio that highlights your abilities with proven conceptual thinking
  • Experience working on photoshoots – art directing, producing and concepting
  • Existing network of photographers, stylists and creative people to collaborate with
  • Strong project management skills are required, majority of important projects are managed in-house with no external agencies
  • Strong eye and demonstrate knowledge of art, design, culture and fashion
  • A strong understanding of luxury brand building in general and of the Axel Arigato brand in particular.
  • Confident coordinating multiple tasks, have a natural ability to work to deadlines and be a great team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple team members and align ideas. Fluency in English is required
  • Act as a brand guardian, consistently connecting and networking with relevant people/ brands for future opportunities
  • Committed to working after office hour and during weekend whenever required
  • Comfortable and willing to travel overseas
