Your main tasks:

  • Defining and implementing the global social media strategy and continuously expanding the international online presence
  • Supervision, operational handling and further developing THOMAS SABO's global social media platforms on the basis of defined KPIs
  • Content planning & creating social media theme plans
  • Increasing brand and image awareness and user engagement with the owned channels through targeted social media initiatives
  • Developing digital storytelling, creating image and text content
  • Handling community management (influencers, talents, celebrities, artists, as well as direct-to-consumer)
  • Relationship building with digital KOLs and researching & identifying new talent
  • Planning, managing and implementing content creation and international influencer co-operations, as well as handling talent campaigns and contract negotiations, and creating briefings
  • Managing & monitoring performance, preparing and evaluating ROI and social media analyses; bench marking, market analyses and research

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in communication/media sciences or comparable training in the field of social media, community management or online marketing
  • At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the fashion, jewellery or lifestyle sector in the area of social media/content marketing, preferably in-house or on behalf of an internationally active PR or social media agency
  • Experience in working with talents & influencers in the fashion/jewellery sector as well as good personal network; additional areas such as music, art, entertainment, VIP an advantage
  • Sound technical and professional knowledge of social media management and monitoring tools as well as management of social media platforms
  • Creativity & strong communication skills with a corresponding feeling for language as well as an understanding of the luxury industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • High level of commitment and independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • High analytical and strategic affinity
  • Team player abilities

The position is based at our headquarters in Lauf an der Pegnitz near Nuremberg. THOMAS SABO allows remote / flexible working with fixed attendance days at HQ by arrangement.
