Do you have it in you to sell our digital personalisation solutions for fashion and eyewear companies to A-brands and retailers in Europe? As a Sales Manager at, you will be responsible for building sales funnels, integrating pricing strategies and discount offers, making demos, communicating with clients, managing our monthly recurring revenue streams, customer success management and defining a new commerce team.

From our office in Eindhoven - or via online tools like Microsoft Teams - you take a challenger approach to sales and closely collaborate with our platform business and product owners as well as our sales partners. You are in constant dialogue with our clients and prospects to find ways to fit our solutions into their day-to-day operations.

With your excellent closing skills, you know how to use our digital personalisation solutions to add value for our clients and prospects’ business.   Job activity

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including managing up-sell or cross-sell, churn rate reduction, contract negotiation and other deliverables for closing deals with (international) fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands;

  • Lead sales engagement, diving deep into a prospect’s business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value;

  • Develop the upcoming sales team and support sales partners;

  • Providing insights, best practices and demonstrations to our clients and prospects to ensure that they get the most out of our personalisation platform and solutions;

  • Manage pipeline and documentation in CRM to maintain weekly sales forecast and revenue quotas;

  • 40% of your focus will be on customer success management; 50% on new business; and 10% on personal growth.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience within the fashion industry (proven record of fashion network);

  • Superior communication and exceptional closing skills;

  • Strong presentation and analytical skills;

  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, highly organised and persistent;

  • Affinity with SaaS and cutting edge technology a plus;

  • Willing to travel;

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and both phone selling and in-the-field selling;

  • Excellent in English, in writing and verbally.
