If so, this could be the role for you. We are now looking for a Digital Content Lead to join our Brand & Communications team.​

This role will report into the Head of Content and is offered on a Full Time Permanent contract. 

As Digital Content Lead, you will be responsible for curating engaging content across the COS digital marketing channels including email and paid channels. You will balance building brand with reaching commercial goals, using customer and digital insights to inform the process.

What you will do:

  • Curate engaging content across the COS digital marketing channels, with key focus on email and paid social
  • Ensure content balances building brand with reaching commercial goals, using customer and digital insights to inform the process
  • Ensure content features the highest converting product, an inspiring visual identity and a clear brand message
  • Refer to the global content strategy to set weekly messaging, ensuring content is in line with quarterly brand and collection belief
  • Ensure image, message and design works cohesively to give an inspiring brand experience and is optimised to the channel best practice
  • Utilize customer insights to tailor the content at market level across Europe and North America
  • Partner with the regional site teams to ensure a strong customer journey that reflects the purpose and vision of the content across digital marketing channels

Qualifications

  • A digital expert with creative experience working with imagery
  • Specialist in balancing commercial thinking with creative execution 
  • A thorough understanding of the COS brand DNA that will inform everything they do
  • Work with data to inform decisions about which products to feature and how to feature them
  • Take a commercial, sales-driven approach and considers customer mindset seasonally and regionally
  • A team player, that enjoys working towards constant improvement, flexible to changing business needs
  • Highly organized, flexible and with close attention to details
