We are recruiting for a talented individual to join our Showroom team as a Showroom Floor Supervisor. The role will be full time, 40 hours per week, working shifts from 08:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sunday, and with two days off per week. You will be required to be available to work weekends and public holidays, commit to this role on a fixed term basis, and hold a valid work visa if required.

The ideal candidate will find motivation in covering a support role, which requires extensive operations and people skills. Please note this is not a sales-based role.


  • Maintain the Showroom areas to the agreed high standards and within the showroom policies and procedures, including checking cleaning standards and back of house organisation.
  • Supervise, coach and develop a team of showroom assistants, including planning their daily tasks, monitoring their grooming guidelines and time keeping.
  • Conduct Showroom Assistant monthly objectives and probation reviews with the support of their line manager.
  • Plan and deliver ongoing training sessions on Product Knowledge and ways of working to the Showroom Assistants.
  • Be actively involved on the samples related operations such as goods receipting the collection, moving stock to other departments including the Digital Commerce team and proactively maintain a clean inventory of the showroom samples.
  • Carry out Showroom assessments, including risk assessments of all Showroom materials and equipment and ensure any resulting action is carried out.
  • Deliver Induction trainings to new team members on the Showroom ways of working under the guidance of higher management.
  • Be present on the showroom floors so to lead the team and answer queries for internal and external customers -please be aware this is not a desk-based role.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the highest standard of presentation and service, including the maintenance of the visual merchandising and the delivery of a best in class selling ceremony.
  • Be able to connect and interact with a wide spectrum of senior executives from the Corporate teams, such as Visual Merchandising, Design, Product Development and Facilities.
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times, including fire warden responsibilities.

  • SAP/Mercury knowledge desirable .

  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
  • Will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in their positive attitude and conduct.
  • Excellent rapport building skills with senior executive management.
  • Experience of working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility essential (work weekends and/or early late shifts when required).
  • A digital mind set desirable.
  • Excellent Team player.
