HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Shoes & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

To strengthen our Product & Vendor Sustainability Team in Bodywear & Hosiery , we are looking for a motivated team member (m/f/d).

What you can expect:
  • Support the business unit in implementing our corporate sustainability strategy with the focus on sustainable materials, sustainable textile processing;
  • Research new sustainable and innovative materials, including certification catalogues;
  • Analyze and prepare documents and reporting, e.g. updating/tracking, material and product targets;
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other corporate divisions;
  • Conceptual support as well as independent processing of sustainability presentation and guidelines for relevant interfaces as vendors, suppliers as well as for internal use;
  • Being the point of reference for internal and external partners in day-to-day business as a sustainability expert in research of sustainable materials and certifications, competitor analysis, market analyses and presentations.


Your profile:
  • Have a bachelor or master's degree, ideally in textile engineering or sustainability and at least 3 years in the textile/clothing field;
  • Have a good understanding of product sustainability in the textile industry, a basic knowledge of materials and sustainable certifications, and a good feel for current trends;
  • have very good analytical mindset, a team working and networking approach, and a high level of personal responsibility and an independent working style;
  • have excellent comprehension skills and the ability to research, structure and present complex content in a target group-specific manner;
  • Be fluent in English; German and/or Italian would be a plus;
  • You are confident in using MS-Office, PLM and have excellent presentation skills.
