About the Role

In this role, as a member of Gap, Inc.'s photo production studio, you will be a conduit between the production and postproduction functions of the overall operation. While working with both studio operational and brand creative team members, you will ensure that image assets are properly named, formatted, and organized; per established operational standards, enabling the seamless transition from production into the postproduction systems and teams. As a member of a team that embraces continuous improvement, you will help influence operational processes and procedures to meet and exceed operational goals and capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide on set image management support within a high volume photo production operation.
  • Functions as an on set Quality Control point for the production process, ensuring consistency across production in line with established guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Function equally well as part of a team, or independently; aligning with operational strategy.
  • Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging.
  • Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience.


Who You Are

  • Proven track record and experience with industry standard photography production applications and tools.
  • Experience with computer systems (software and hardware) and asset workflows critical to digital photo production; ability to problem solve basic systems issues.
  • Experience working in a high volume photo production environment.
  • Experienced with video capture techniques and equipment.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated.
