Fruity Booty is looking for an Operations, E-Comm and Wholesale co-ordinator to join their team. It is looking for a business-minded, highly organised and analytical individual to work directly with the Managing Director to continually innovate FB’s operations and implement solutions to improve operations, e-comm and lead wholesale. This is a cross-departmental position, reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director.
You will be responsible for:
Operations
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership in
- All operational matters including; continuous improvement of operational management systems to ensure optimal and cost-effective management, managing structure and overall processes at the company, planning and reviewing logistics, HR, and overall service and contingency management
- Oversee all logistics/fulfilment/warehouse
- Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, procedures
- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Overseeing daily operations of the company
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
- Assist MD in fundraising ventures
- Monitoring timelines
E-Comm
- Developing and driving our DTC strategy
- Manage Shopify platform
- Manage and maintain the site’s collections and upload end-to-end product details cross Shopify: images, tags, filtering, descriptions
- Execute updates on products
- Write description copy
- Develop creative strategies to support campaigns across all mediums including paid advertising, emailers, social media etc.
- Oversee customer service
- Report on data analytics
Wholesale
- Define the B2B wholesale strategy in line with business goals
- Budget, forecast and plan activities in line with the wholesale strategy
- Lead sales campaigns
- Build positive relationships and maintain excellent communication with buyers to make sure collections are properly represented; analyse sell-throughs, promptly offer reorders, and keep buyers informed through the process
- Work with production and finance team to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Monitor incoming payments are met
- Present production with feedback from buyers
- Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery. And information is being used
Ideally, we would like someone with at least 5 years experience in the fashion industry.
