WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- You will advise our executive and specialist staff in all individual and collective legal matters as well as on human resources issues.
- You will work constructively with our works council and support them in negotiations and company agreements
- You understand key figures and people data. You prepare them in order to analyse challenges and trends and to define an action plan.
- You will lead and implement HR projects, support change processes including the implementation of new HR tools and technologies to better support our executive staff and employees.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years' experience as a Business Partner or similar position in a large company (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production) including extensive experience in the areas of organisation development and talent management
- As a sparring partner for the executive staff, you like to inspire others with facts, figures and a good dose of optimism and courage. You find solutions, even under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of labour law and company law. Experience in working with a works council and a reliable, enthusiastic, assertive way of working that is not afraid to get down to business
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Very good German language skills; a good command of French and English is a plus
- A talent for organization and a taste for human contact
