Online Content Manager

This member of the Ecom and digital team will manage the global content plan under the lead of the Global Digital Director for La Perla’s websites across our 13 regions. This role will require a collaborative mindset to manage interactions with our key regions, teams and agencies. It will also involve seeking out opportunities and participate in the development of our global client experience through social and CRM.

We are seeking an innovative, creative thinker with proven experience in digital content management.  In this role you will be working with design, UX and acquisition to create and edit content for the new website. You will be able to monitor performance using Google Analytics or undertake AB testing with Google Optimize. Ultimately, what you drive will have a direct impact on business performance overall and client experience with La Perla Maison.

Role

  • Create, develop and manage content for Laperla.com
  • Coordinate web projects and campaigns in line with internal dept., markets and agencies
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all websites and regional requirements
  • Align your content calendar to the global business, product and marketing initiatives
  • Copy, edit and proofread all web content
  • Track and report on website behavioural metrics and optimization

Skills

  • Content editing for large websites. Experience in effective copywriting, copy editing, and proof reading of short and long form content is a plus.
  • Previous experience working within an e-commerce environment in a similar role will be essential, with an in-depth understanding of the client journey and a strong grasp of user experience and website personalisation.
  • Looking for someone who is familiar with working on multi-territory/ international websites.
  • An understanding of web analytics and HTML/CMS/DAM tools. Ability to highlight limitations of these systems for managing multi-lingual content would be a plus.
  • Well-developed project management, time management and collaboration skill. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
