JOB PURPOSE
To support the Wholesale Excellence team, with core responsibilities in reporting, operations, & planning. You will be part of an integral function, helping deliver the next phase of EMEIA's wholesale strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the central point of contact for uniform, packaging, store props, & stationery
  • Raise & monitor staffing & non-stock purchase orders
  • Support Operations Manager with market orders & off price activity
  • Review & refine processes, identifying opportunities to simplify & streamline
  • Complete & distribute weekly sell-out reporting
  • Collaborate with wholesale team on detailed monthly sell-out analysis
  • Maintain & monitor wholesale monthly dashboard
  • Assist Planner in management & fulfilment of in-season stock requests
  • Support with ad-hoc sales analysis, summarising key trends & opportunities for growth
  • Send out weekly Stock Requests file & Retail Replenishment Consumption report
  • Support Retail beauty process: placing monthly replenishment orders with external suppliers & ensuring stores & digital meet forecasted inventory levels, in order to drive sales plan
  • Reacting to sales trends & supporting stores with ad-hoc stock requests
  • Support Planner in creating action plan for discontinued stock
  • Additional ad hoc support to Wholesale Excellence team with day-to-day tasks & projects


PERSONAL PROFILE
  • High calibre graduate
  • Advanced Excel/MS Office
  • Background &/or interest in luxury/fashion/wholesale
  • Analytical, with strong numerical fluency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Proactive, versatile, & solution-driven
  • Comfortable prioritising within tight deadlines, whilst retaining attention to detail
  • Curious & unafraid to ask questions or challenge convention
  • Personable, confident, & collaborative; a team player
