You will join our Merchandise Planning & Analytics (MP&A) team in London, reporting into one of our senior team members. The MP&A team plays a central role in maximising our partners business on FARFETCH by simultaneously contributing to total platform top-line results. Through both planning and analytics, we set targets, open-to-buy and action plans by region, category, brand and supply channel. You will work with other teams within Commercial (Brand Partners, Business Development, Online Merchandising) and with colleagues from Marketing, Product, Operations and Data Science to build repeatable, scalable tools to grow the business.


    • Develop dashboards and reports (working with our BI team) to keep track of sales and stock performances at different levels (brand, category, regions, and channel)
    • Refresh and update sales and stock planning models by brand
    • Develop tracking tools to understand our sales position vs projection and influence dedicated actions to be taken accordingly
    • Monitor assortment and stock depth to make sure is in line to reach targets, leading in season replenishment of bestselling styles and potential assortment expansion opportunities
    • Produce relevant insights to be shared with our teams and external partners to guide decisions and to explore merchandising opportunities to maximise business on Farfetch
    • Feed the insights and the information into the weekly company trade, and into other trade meetings dedicated to specific plans


    • Experience in Demand or Supply Planning, Analytics or Consulting
    • You have understanding of the fashion and luxury industry
    • Excellent planning and analytics skills with experience in data modelling
    • You embrace new challenges and you are comfortable in dealing with short deadlines
    • You have technical skills for processing and analysing large amounts of data: Excel (can perform complex functions) and SQL (required)
