Security Manager - Project & Quality (m/w/d)

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Coordination and support of projects on different topics of security services & other security-related topics
• Creation of decision templates / business cases
• Implementation and control of KPIs and SLAs
• internal auditing of security-relevant processes and services
• Creation of test documents to determine the actual condition
• Carrying out controls and check-ups in our retail and office locations
• Evaluation of the audits and derivation of measures to be introduced to achieve an optimal target state
• Support of security managers in day-to-day operations
• Communication and control by our service providers and contractual partners

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Completed (bachelor's) degree in safety management or a comparable education
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of trade protection and property security
• Experience in project planning
• Experience in auditing desirable
• Strong communication skills as well as team and customer orientation
• Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
• Google Office skills
• German and English skills
