LOCATION: NORTH AMERICA CORPORATE HQ - 44 WALL STREET/12TH FLOOR, NEW YORK, NY

This position is primarily responsible for providing Administrative and Analytics support to the North America HR Team.

This is a paid internship, which starts in January 2022 and runs until the end of June 2022. Candidates must be available to work in our New York City HQ office 40 hours a week. Interns may work remotely up to two days per week, based on business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

Human Resources Support
  • Deliver accurate HR reports for analysis - Turnover, training, talent acquisition and talent management
  • Support HR metric reporting efforts through the development of new solutions (dashboard...)
  • Audit HR system and data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Update HR system data and documents as needed
  • Support HR team with HR projects and deliverables as needed.

WHO YOU ARE...

Education/Experience:
    • Previous HR internship a plus
    • One year of working within a retail environment a plus.
    • Microsoft Office: Strong Powerpoint + Excel skills (vLookUp and Pivot Tables required).
    • Pursuing BA/BS Degree within HR or Business.

Special Skills:
  • Foreign Languages a plus

  • Prior Experience working with HRIS systems a plus
