CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

GUIMARÃES

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

You will guarantee that production supply is aligned with demand forecast to achieve the best product on-time, maximizing value for money. You will be also accountable to monitor business as usual, planning team related projects, partnering with stakeholders. You will work both in Guimarães and Oporto offices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will guarantee the alignment between global demand and production capacity;
    • You will centralize mid / long-term capacity plan for all production centers and business units;
    • You will develop analysis, models and reports to drive key strategic decisions;
    • Working with different workstreams and monitor global projects developments to make sure planning requirements are met;
    • You will work with the team and different interacting teams to make continuous improvements to planning processes, deliverables and routines;
    • You will work with the global team to create and validate tactical schedule plans to ensure desired service levels and work with production planners to act to achieve results;
    • You will align with business control department and support budget exercises.


WHO YOU ARE

    • Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or similar areas.
    • 1+ years professional experience on a similar role is required;
    • Proficient in excel (can perform complex functions). SQL and VBA skills are a plus;
    • Comfortable working in a reactive environment
    • Structured communicator;
    • Fluent in English.
