POSITION SUMMARY:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Internal: Regional & local Marketing team / Regional Content Creation / PR / VM / Merchandising / e-commerce / Retail Operations and Communication / Procurement
External: Agency Partners, Production houses and Vendors
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct: Creative Executive
In-Direct: n/a

CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with Global Design and Supply Chain.

Experience:
8-10+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
Skills:
Education: Diploma or Degree holder in Graphic Design or related disciplines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Work alongside the Regional Content Creation team to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns, look books, video content and multiple projects.
- Ability to tell stories guided by audience and industry insights, demonstrating creative and structured thinking.
- Have strong esthetics taste and ability to understand the brands creative position and creative vision.
- Communicate and pitch clear ideas and creative concepts to regional senior leadership team and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive communication to the execution team on the brand vision and tone.
- Design visual treatment (e.g., mood boards,mock-ups, brand communication related decks)
- Provide direction of GTM campaign creative, message/tagline and support execution of local marketing/eCom production if required.
- Establish and maintain unified and efficient e-commerce platform: site creation; promotion e-blast; O2O projects; PDP/video shooting production etc.
- Retail Operations and Communication Training: Brief the team to develop all the seasonal training materials.
- Assis in managing the agencies and third parties, ensuring that deliverables are on strategy, on time and within budget.
- Commission creative talent for various projects and manage external contacts including photographers, illustrators, animators, stylists, printers, influencers, entrepreneurs etc.
- Research potential new vendors and develop vetting process to review them.
- Develop strong team relationships within the China Marketing/eCom, Regional Creative and Marketing teams.
- Understand Chinese youth audiences, digital and social trends, and inspire with smart creativity.

- Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines, juggling numerous projects at once, and proactively sourcing the relevant information from key stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable on creative input and design direction to assist creative team on feedback from executive and global teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
8-10+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
Skills:
- High proficiency in:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Flash suite for designing, Final Cut Pro, Avid audio production software planning and other graphic applications.
- Familiar with responsive front-end programming (HTML/HTML5, PHP, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript) will be a huge advantage
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, composition and layout.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and deal with budgetary issues.
- Ability to be resourceful with specialty projects.
- Positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
