As a Sr. Technical Analyst, Store Technology you will work within PVH's dynamic retail environment to enhance and support regional store technologies. You will work with various business and technologists to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and work with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.You will also partner closely with regional and global technical and business teams as well as external vendors to drive project deliverables of solutions.

  • Act as a technical expert on POS related systems including the maintenance and administration of PVH's regional store technology stack
  • Lead and translate business needs into functional/technical requirements specifications including High Level Diagrams (HLD)
  • Review and provide feedback on test scripts/scenarios. Participate in system test execution.
  • Lead the introduction of new capability and feature prioritization with business owners and product managers
  • Craft and deliver presentations on new capabilities and enhancements
  • Participate in monthly ticket analysis and recommend plans, with the goal of reducing tickets and stabilizing the environment
  • Resolve support tickets and service requests as per SLA and documentation of resolution
  • Take charge, collaborate with other teams as it relates to the support of POS, and as/when needed.
  • Partner/Lead with the team on planned releases, operation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the ecommerce applications
  • Ensure continuous improvement is embedded into daily operations and derive metrics to show case continuous improvement in process, configuration changes, deployments etc.
  • Collaborate with business and vendors to research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  • Lead deployment plan reviews, engineering code reviews, application architecture reviews etc.


  • 7+ years IT experience with minimum 3 years of experience working in an analyst role
  • Experience with transaction processing technologies; credit, debit, gift cards, various tender type, ePayment, Payment gateway integration, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting POS systems; Oracle Xstore, and Oracle Xoffice
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as administration role for POS Back Office Systems
  • Technical and functional experience on Oracle POS - XStore, Oracle POS - Xoffice
    Must have experience working in Java, PL/SQL, WebLogic, UNIX, and Oracle Database technology
  • SME in POS; Front End, back office, reporting, transaction processing
  • Experience in Retail Operation and IT Audit including PCI compliance.
  • Experience in system integration support among POS ERP, CRM, ECOM, BI, Omnichannel solutions

Education: Bachelor's Degree in programming/systems or computer science, specialized training, or equivalent work experience required.
