The wholesale operations team is ultimately responsible for delivering the highest level of service ensuring our customers receive their goods on time, every time and in the most efficient way. The team are essential to the PVH wholesale business, they are a central point for communication, managing and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders internally and externally in order to deliver operational excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager this role has full ownership of the wholesale shipping performance for their assigned divisions. They are responsible for leading and motivating their teams to achieve department targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the team members and their processes, demonstrating best practice and evolving ways of working.
  • Offers advice and helps find solutions to the wide range of issues encountered by the team - acts as trouble-shooter.
  • Full accountability for Order Book management across divisions and brands, shipping against targets for UK and Ireland.
  • Ensure the "Order Book Update" process is carried out weekly in order to provide progress visibility of the order book to line manager and the sales team.
  • Analyses the order book in detail to challenge team and ensure appropriate action is taken to achieve shipping targets.
  • Provide the Senior Wholesale Operations Manager with clear, accurate and professionally presentable high level information and reporting of shipping performance vs targets and KPIs.
  • Motivate and manage a high performing team, conducting one to ones and performance reviews.
  • Ensures individual support to new starters, ensures a full induction is provided and adequate support given during their learning curve.
  • Key point of contact for escalations from the Sales Team.
  • Monitor Dispute cases with the DMS Manager, investigating root cause issues in order to prevent reoccurrence.

About YOU
  • You'll have previous experience working within fashion, wholesale or retail logistics in a similar role /with e-commerce accounts.
  • Previous experience in SAP is preferred.
  • You'll have advanced Excel skills.
  • You'll be highly analytical and data driven.
  • You'll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You'll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
  • You'll be a strong team leader with an ability to manage, motivate and work effectively within a small team.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
