The Junior Retail & Omnichannel Business Analyst, reporting to the Retail Analyst, will provide accurate financial and commercial information by researching and analyzing sales data, market information, preparing reports and supporting in the management of weekly retail meetings and monthly area manager meetings. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with distinctive backgrounds and a strong interest in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/FY reporting, in terms of net sales and business KPI's, monitoring of market key trends and competitor's best practices, product and space management analysis
  • Top line budgeting, forecasting and related activities
  • Management of monthly stores' target setting process
  • Omnichannel services reporting and analysis, supporting the development and coordination of different business projects
  • P&L analysis of current stores portfolio for business investment evaluations
  • Analyzing redemption of marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Supporting the management of weekly Retail and monthly Area Manager meetings
  • Collaborating across departments (Marketing, IT, Operations, HR, Ecommerce, etc.)

About YOU:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Statistics
  • A short previous experience as Business Analyst
  • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills with a financial mindset
  • Rigorous and proactive

  • Ability to problem solve independently and through collaboration with key partners
  • Outstanding relationship skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
