Job Details
The Contract Marketing Assistant, CRM is to support both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger Hong Kong & Macau Marketing team on the execution and data management of CRM related activities. Communicating with various internal and external functions, this role ensures accurate data management and effective communication with frontline teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Handle incorrect reward points and grade issue from Xstore and ORCE
- Do investigation with different parties including regional CRM, eCom, IT, agency Ogilvy, stores and also Finance for discrepancies of incorrect CRM records
- Handle store enquiries on customer or system records
- Prepare regular CRM reports
- Customer record maintenance
- Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution
- Carry out administrative duties
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Major in marketing, statistics, information systems or fashion related discipline
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numerical sense, detail oriented, capable to work independently
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, hard-working, good interpersonal skill
- Good communication and project management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
