About the Role

TheVisual MerchandiserCoordinator Retail Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Kleinwill report to Visual Merchandising Netherlands Manager. Main responsibilities will includesupporting the creation of all aspects of the Visual Merchandising tools and directions to ensure the country markets' executions are in line with brand image and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative
  • Be an integral part in de creation of the VM & styling guidelines for NL in line with the Global divisional directions and commercial goals
  • Apply all the Retail VM Principles
  • Support the creation and activation of in-store product-related projects such as capsule launches, pop-ups and product pushes
  • Take part in VM seasonal digital training and act as VM app ambassador to push engagement
  • Deliver feedback on all VM reports from the stores on the VM app
  • Support and train the Visual Merchandiser in-store to get the best implementation
  • Organize Visual Merchandise training based on different seasons and needs of the Vm in-store creatively and digitally
  • Create 3D of the stores to help with implementation and other projects
  • Read reports and finds the best commercial solution per store and situation

Operational
  • Build a strong working relationship with VM in-store Store Managers through good collaboration and consistent communication
  • Build a strong working relationship with the omnichannel team (retail, merchandising, planning, marketing, operational) to meet VM expectations and product presentation strategy
  • Support the digital transformation of all VM guidelines/assets to futureproof them and boost efficiency
  • Support market visits, store openings, windows implementation and Global Events
  • Work during each visit together with the Vm instore, store manager /sales staff and make sure they do understand TH/CK standards.
  • Creation of reports after each visit or action in the store
  • Make sure TH/CK standards are followed in your region and if not document the situation with pictures and a report and make sure all persons involved will get the information.
  • Find quick and creative solutions to resolve situations

The Ideal Candidate:
  • 3/4-year experience in Visual Merchandising
  • Strong eye for Design, Fashion and retail trends
  • Excellent communication skills, perfect command of English language (spoken & written). Dutch is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Good knowledge of MS office & Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Good knowledge of Sketchup or 3D programs design.
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas
  • Building cross-functional relationships and good collaboration skills
  • Ability to multi-task between projects and workstreams
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a team player
  • Relevant experience, proven track record of results
  • Strong interest in sustainability and circularity business model studies
  • Car drive permission

Nice-to-haves:
  • 3D and graphic design experience
  • Video and digital creation
  • Retail experience in the field and head office
