POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This role is responsible for the project management of all creative marketing projects. This position will be involved in the end-to-end process for all creative requests, from briefing to managing deadlines to ensuring all deliverables are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized and a creative thinker, with strong project-management skills.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads project management for all creative requests, managing workloads, timelines, and ensures all deliverables are met.
  • Leads weekly status meetings with focus on projects at risk. Escalates risks to business leaders due to missing information or briefs.
  • Strategizes with brand and creative managers and to align resource allocation and work prioritization.
  • Partners with stakeholders/channel owners to communicate changes or reprioritization of tasks to the creative team.
  • Maintains and communicates agenda for WIP meetings and upcoming due dates.
  • Manages brand initiatives or subprojects including the initiating, planning, and monitoring of the project from start to finish. Partners with stakeholders (ex. Loyalty) on creating timelines and schedules for assets with unique and evolving challenges for major single-brand or cross-brand initiatives.
  • Updates and maintains all communication including dashboards and reports in Wrike.
  • Aid in the refinement of the Wrike process and other PM tools, i.e. Smartsheet, as well as onboard new team members.
  • Manages and oversees the Omni Marketing Lifecycle Calendar (OMLC). Including oversight and the updating of all meetings (dates, attendees) on the OMLC calendar as relates to the content creation process.
  • Manages, plans and publishes all dates for photography (Base and Campaign) working with CFTs to allow for early access deliverables.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required: preferably in a related field
  • 5+ years project management experience; preferably in a retail environment managing cross-functional team projects
  • Detailed knowledge of traditional and digital workflows within a marketing or production company environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross functional meetings and drive results
  • Strong problem-solver and quick thinker; shows respect and diplomacy under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Strong computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google suite of tools)
  • Experience in project management tools i.e. (Smartsheet) a plus
  • Acute attention to detail and deadlines
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
