RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Corporate Responsibility issues of the Licensees and direct sourcing factories in Japan
- Provide induction training to new factories about Burberry standards
- Conduct CR audit and assess performance of the Japan factories
- Prioritize audit schedule in accordance with business needs
- Monitor factory performance and assist the factories towards compliance
- Liaise with external partners in material recycling and in-kind donation processes
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Extensive experience in CSR and 5 years in audit
- Possess knowledge in local legislative requirements of Labour, Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection
- Fluent in English and Japanese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Qualified SA8000 auditor
- Understand the local labour issue and JITCO issue in Japan
