The Team

The Tommy Hilfiger Performance Analyst will join the Ecom Performance Marketing team at our European head office in Amsterdam and will report to the Director of Ecommerce Performance Growth and Traffic Acquisition. The team is responsible for all Performance Marketing base activities and channels as well as responsible foroverseeing all traffic for the Tommyhilfiger.com across Europe.

The Position

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for delivering insightful data that provide new opportunities and support challenges based on insights. The person will fully take ownership of all traffic and performance marketing reports and forecasts to ensure alignment of KPIs, output of data and sustainability of the reporting solution.

Key Responsabilities:
  • Bring best in-class knowledge of front and back-end reporting techniques and tools
  • Understanding business requirements and provide data solution
  • Create valuable dashboards and clear reports that facilitate the stakeholders across performance marketing channels as well as management
  • Analyzing and identifying business opportunities to set data-driven priorities regarding the strategy and roadmap to drive strategy realization and performance marketing
  • Have a clear understanding of core KPIs within the performance channels/platforms including Google ads, Facebook ads, DV360, Affiliates, SEO etc,
  • Ensure the SQL script in the back-end is at an optimal set-up for smooth and fast loading of front-end reporting
  • Support the Director with traffic forecast on a quarterly basis, with continuous development to improve accuracy and understand the levers
  • Manage the roadmap for new initiatives around data and insights based on business impact and clearly communicate the progress towards extended team
  • Responsible of governance of data hygiene within Google Analytics 360 working in collaboration with the Analytics & Insight team
  • Support in building strong business cases to push initiatives and priorities
  • Change the way we look at data including driving initiatives such as single customer view (new vs return customers)
  • Strong passion for building data-driven models based on strategic objectives with a focus on developing a handful of marketing capabilities
  • Proactively develop reports during key promotional events that can bring insightful findings that are actionable within performance marketing
  • Analyse results on a weekly, monthly & quarterly level
  • Elevate the organization's performance marketing knowledge and distribute insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously optimize the way of working to drive operational efficiency
  • Work closely with the product owner, data engineers and scientists to fulfil business needs with technical solutions

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: More than 3 years of related experience
  • Understanding of the market, competition, technology and developments
  • Professional knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative analysis
  • Effective communication of analysis and proposals to different audiences, including senior management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with BigQuery/SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, AWS data lake, Google Marketing Platform, Tableau, Google Data Studio and more.
  • Excellent project coordination skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Cross-cultural skills and flexible approach.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English are a must
