Manager Global Sales Development (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Manager Global Sales Development (m/f/d) who has a passion for new challenges to strengthen our Global Sales Development team as soon as possible. What you can expect:
  • Cooperate with the top management and all our global subsidiaries to advance the global omnichannel strategy for HUGO BOSS AG
  • Explore business potentials across channels & regions and develop go-to-market strategies, global distribution and expansion concepts in order to optimally reach target customers through our BOSS and HUGO brands
  • Identify innovative distribution formats, develop new ideas and commercial strategies to enthuse partners and consumers
  • Translate market and customer trends into relevant measures and initiatives and lead sales projects that help the company achieve its goals
  • Drive wholesale business holistically and ensure strategies and plans are understood, aligned across the organisation and executed with results
  • Support the CSO office with fact-based decision-making, analysis and presentations for internal as well as external events
  • Constantly update yourself about market and industry changes, latest trends and bring this knowledge into the company


Your profile:
  • Successfully completed master's degree / MBA or an equivalent
  • Min. of 3 years relevant professional experience (retailer company, consumer brand company or strategy consultancy)
  • Strong command of the English language and ideally basic german knowledge
  • Profound conceptual skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and exhibit confidence when cooperating with colleagues and management throughout all levels of the company hierarchy
  • You take initiative, and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform
  • Solution-oriented and able to work both on a team and independently
  • You convince with industry and market knowledge
