Founded in London in 2002 by Oyuna Tserendorj, the daughter of a Mongolian herder, OYUNA (the brand) has an established wholesale business and global network of retail partners including Harrods, Le Bon Marche and Lane Crawford, as well as a fast-growing direct to consumer online business and boutique in Notting Hill. 

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute a marketing and content strategy that will promote the growth of our business across all channels.  Working directly with the brand’s founders and the E-commerce and B2B Sales Managers, the Marketing Manager will craft strategies to link OYUNA's brand narrative with our consumers in order to meet the company's business objectives and, ultimately, support our mission. We seek an individual who shares our sustainability values and our motivation to have a disruptive positive impact, someone who thrives in working in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  This is an exciting time to join the company as we have recently created some innovative, impactful and high-quality content that will spring-board marketing activities.

 

Accountabilities

- Create and execute a marketing and content strategy that will promote business growth across all channels (B2B, DTC)

- Prepare a detailed marketing calendar to effectively deliver the marketing and content strategy

- Develop and manage all assets, including photoshoot production and image correction

- Develop and manage all content, including copywriting, for email and digital campaigns

- Build and deliver effective, targeted, paid advertising campaigns across all channels

- Manage all social media channels and posts, manage influencer campaigns

- Manage all content across the website, email campaigns, social,  and paid media

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation of dynamic search, re-marketing and core campaigns

- Maintain media profiles across all platforms

- Support PR activities, events and collaborations 

- Provide regular in-depth performance reporting that leads to clear actionable insights for growth

- Manage supporting freelancer/agencies as required - digital marketing, copywriting, graphic design

 

The Successful Candidate

- Bachelor's Degree 

- 5-7 years of Marketing Management experience in a luxury lifestyle brand

- Experience working within an e-commerce team structure preferred

- Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English, copywriting experience advantageous

- Highly proficient in Google Analytics and all social media platforms

- Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to summarise data and information clearly and efficiently

- Strong experience using excel for data analysis and reporting

- Driven and self motivated, with excellent time-management and prioritisation

- A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic environment
