JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers and TA Advisors
  • Responsible for administrative activities and sourcing support for Resourcing CoE - interview scheduling, travel booking, CV screening and talent pooling
  • To ensure efficient and effective day-to-day coordination of recruitment activities and to ensure that agreed KPI's and SLAs are met and adhered to, delivering with a continuous improvement mind-set
  • Thinking associated with this role requires interpretation of well-defined procedures to resolve immediate problems impacting recruitment service delivery


RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery
  • Book interviews for Resourcing CoE/ Line Managers - Liaising with candidates, line managers and agencies on interview times/dates - Sending out interview confirmations to candidates and Resourcing CoE/ line managers
  • Managing the careers inbox and responding to emails accordingly
  • Support Line Manager with Project responsibilities
  • Refer a Friend - Manage email inbox, liaising with the relevant Advisor, tracking success, payment for internal candidates and reporting
  • Administer sourcing requests when received, including attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment support and managing Job Boards
  • Develop talent pools of candidates for roles as requested by the TA Advisors and/or Resourcing CoE
  • Ensuring accurate data via management of the ATS (Application Tracking System)
  • Responsible for managing new agencies and raising POs (Purchase Order)
  • Managing Video Interview tool and related requests
  • Support with managing TA SharePoint site, and Hiring and Onboarding Toolkit
  • Supporting TA PowerPoint presentations
  • Support Line Manager in coordinating global meetings and general requests

Leadership
  • Assists in training others and developing process knowledge
  • Act as a buddy to new team members and help to onboard and support them as required

Continuous improvement
  • Apply understanding of the assigned business process to identify gaps and propose continuous improvement measures
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers and TA Advisors


PERSONAL PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous recruitment experience in a similar role within an established recruitment team
  • Exceptional MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration experience
