WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Extensive expertise developing and delivering custom software solutions and customer oriented services while driving initiatives to increase the delivery performance and BI tools.
  • First-hand experience organizing teams is a bonus.
  • Many years of professional experience and a proven track record in the E-Commerce industry; understanding of fashion and lifestyle is a plus.
  • You are dependable and follow through on your promises. You are a trusted partner for your stakeholders while balancing everyday business and projects, ensuring that objectives are set and deadlines are reached.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • As a Team Leader, your role is key in leading team members in order to deliver tailored software solutions and services.
  • Deep understanding of the business and journey model, business drivers, opportunities and challenges, enabling brands and retailers to distribute their assortment direct-to-consumer on digital sales channels.
  • Understand our customer's needs and assess current experiences using methodologies to identify opportunities for Business Intelligence tools.
  • Putting strategic management decisions into practice, conveying them to your team, and delegating the responsibilities that result from them to your team members.
  • Handling your own accounts and serving as the team's initial point of contact as well as escalation contact as a role model for the team.
  • Promote team effectiveness in our joint projects by being completely transparent about initiatives and project milestones. You successfully analyze key conversion metrics and behavioral data to identify, size and prioritize opportunities against business impact.
  • Making your success tangible by working with the team against KPIs, closely monitoring the Time-to-Online, Go-Live-Numbers, and GMV, identifying time killers that prevent us from scaling up, and developing ways to optimize REV of your target group.
