The Team

You will be part of the SVC Digitalization Team, which is leading the digital transformation of product and sourcing processes for Tommy Hilfiger Global and Calvin Klein Europe.

The Position

The Junior Project Manager 3D Digital Transformation will help PVH achieve its 3D ambitions and strategic goals by managing initiatives to enhance and align the 3D digitization workflow, taking on operational digitization activities and developing scaling approaches. This role will create consumer front end tracing and verification enabled by verified product origins, including raw materials.

Key responsibilities
  • Enhance digital integration with supplier (drive 360 degree digital in SVC)
  • Work closely with partners/large vendors to create combined SC digitalization roadmap incl. required system/softwear adoption timelines and tracking/suppliers to deliver it.
  • Partner with SCPD in creation digital system integration strategy, which includes aspects such as supplier digitalization support prioritization and co investment.
  • Oversee creation of digital supply chain platform/supplier system intergrations for reduction of lead times and quick transmission of required data (e.g. fully digital tech packs).
  • Explore partnerships with fashion/sustainability platforms (e.g. to connect design interface to supplier production interfaces, remove need of physical samples, etc).
  • Initiate and co-lead digitalization initiatives to improve transparency and traceability of products (e.g. implement digital track and trace tools).
The ideal candidate;
  • 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain/Sourcing/Product Development
  • Preferred experience in digitization
  • PVH brand and process knowledge is a plus
  • Hands on mentality, self-sufficient and problem solver
  • Curiosity in digital tools and interest in pushing new ways of making fashion
  • Pro-active and collaborative person
