As our Product Designer you will be responsible for the creative process of developing next-level products. You will play a vital role in evaluating and growing our product portfolio across multiple categories.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Design and develop a balanced product portfolio according to MORJAS strategy and brand values
• Create detailed and organized sample and production instructions (including tech sheets and sketches) for suppliers
• Uphold design integrity and a high-quality execution throughout the entire development process from concept to commercialization
• Ensure designs are completed accurately and properly handed over to product development on time
• Use valuable customer insights and data as filter in the design process to develop successful products
• Research the market for new product opportunities
• Work and communicate closely with suppliers to source new materials and components
• Support the marketing team with product highlights & features
• Balance creative thinking with a commercial mindset

The ideal candidate

• Has a university degree in Industrial Design/Fashion Design
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in design, product development, construction and/or sourcing
• Strong working knowledge in Adobe Suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong sketching and illustration skills. Experience with 3D design programs is a plus.
• Knowledge of color, texture, materials, hardware and form to design excellent products
• Strong knowledge of material innovation and sustainable solutions
• Fluent (orally and in writing) in English and Swedish. Spanish is meriting
• Proven track record of achievements from similar roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset
