Within ZMS' sales unit we are working with a variety of partners from the fashion and beauty industry and consult them in terms of marketing service to help them achieve their business goals on Zalando. The success of our sales teams is measured in revenue generation, solution adoption and client satisfaction.

As part of our offering and in close collaboration with internal teams we are also executing product drop campaigns to promote Zalando's membership program with exclusive benefits (Zalando Plus). Given the high complexity and importance of these activations we are looking for dedicated resources to lead the planning and execution of bespoke marketing campaigns to promote the benefit of zPlus (e.g. early access to highly relevant products) and to allow our brand partners to be seen in a highly relevant environment and context.

We're looking for a Partner Project Manager to work on eye level with our partners, sales teams and internal stakeholders as the expert in managing Zalando Plus early access product drops. In this role you will be responsible for managing a defined set of campaigns in close collaboration with teams supporting you in the execution (e.g. business development, account management, product teams).   • Responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns in line with the overarching strategy of partners, ZMS and Zalando Plus
  • Proactively interact with other client facing teams around optimization and learning generation
  • Lead processes after the campaign has finished such as final reporting
  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring smooth and impactful execution of defined campaigns
  • Create up-/ and cross-selling opportunities based on campaign performance
  • Support internal teams in generating best practices and driving process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners' teams as well as internal stakeholders

  • 2-3 years of experience in online media with background in business development or consulting, account management or sales, ideally from working in a sales/media house, e-comm fashion industry or online publisher.
  • Experienced in managing high value relationships, executing complex marketing activities, driving strategic learning agendas and owning client communication
  • Track record of compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations
  • Highly motivated person with initiative, the ability to prioritize, and to multitask
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, especially in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English - you are confident in interacting and presenting independently at a senior management level
