Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Marketing Business Analyst to join the Commercial Strategy team.

About the role

As part of the Commercial Strategy team, reporting to the VP Commercial Strategy and partnering with the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying, planning and executing key analyses and projects to contribute to the increase of brand awareness & new buyer conversion on our platform

What you'll be doing

You role will cover 3 main missions:

Improve the performance of our marketing channels and campaigns
  • 360 Marketing: Analyses of all 360 channels activated, assessment of short and long term impact (e.g. traffic, lifetime value)
  • Influence: Traffic analysis, remuneration model for the ambassador programme
  • Social Media: Recommendations on development of paid and organic social, ROI analysis of content created/ repurposed

Provide the relevant tools and dashboards to support the Marketing team
  • Dashboards for all commercial and brand marketing campaigns
  • Integration with other tools (Meltwater, Social Bakers, etc.)

Contribute to the Marketing strategy and budget planning
  • Generate insights and discuss strategic decisions with the VP Commercial Strategy and VP Marketing (overall and per channel)
  • Build strategic recommendations on budget split
  • Liaise with Markets Heads and Marketing teams to consolidate the Marketing budget

Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills:
    • Ability to leverage large scale data, ensure data accuracy and pay attention to details
    • Proficiency with Excel, SQL & dashboarding tools
    • Experience in media measurement and media tracking tools is a strong plus
  • Open-minded and curious mindset, with the ability to turn trends and observations into strategic frameworks and actionable insights
  • Good writing and presentation skills, proven experience with producing analyses and recommendations to influence business direction
  • Determined and resilient under pressure and on a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (working language is English), French is a plus
