Job Details
Fashion’s Happy Place Since 1999, Kirna Zabête is currently in a search for a HR coordinator assisting and supporting the corporate and store teams in all human resources related. This role involves but is not limited to following responsibilities;
Responsibilities include:
- ADP set-up and execution
- Own admin portion of yearly performance appraisals
- Lead and own administration process of talent sourcing (job postings, candidate screenings, and ob-boardings)
- COVID by state compliance
- Company compliance and communication
- Team building and group activities
Other:
- Demonstrate interest and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Understand and comply with all Kirna Zabête policies and procedures.
- Report to Management and Directors
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 year of age or older
- Must have a degree in HR
- Minimum of 1-2 years corporate HR experience required
- ADP Workforce Now experience
- Work in person from NYC office (NO REMOTE)
- Have a minimum of the first dose of the COVID 19 vaccine (proof required upon 1st day of employment)

Soon after, a third store in Bryn Mawr on Philadelphia's Main Line was opened – a little jewel box oasis of city style. In December 2017, Kirna Zabête opened its fourth store in Palm Beach, bringing a radiant and luxurious shopping experience to Florida's sunny clientele. Today, Beth travels between her four boutiques as a wildly influential force in fashion, using her editor’s eye to curate the best in fashion, worn by the brightest, boldest, and most stylish of women.
