Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Creatives Services and other departments to ensure the timely execution of collateral requests and other marketing materials for the Company
- Support print production for all non-catalog printed materials (Brand Books, Postcards, store signage etc). Ensuring all print is at the highest level and within budget
- Implement workflow processes to manage various timelines
- Monitor creative production from inception to on-time completion and work with cross functional stakeholders
- Identify and organize necessary resources across departments to receive and approve all schedules related to activities for print, digital, collateral and video
- Manage freelance Graphic Designer on Wholesale projects
- Analyze e-commerce on order for US, China and wholesale departments and determine what needs to be shot based upon buy, deliveries, sample availability; plan shot count, naming conventions, order of shots/ cadence and quantity of shoots
- Create and monitor retouching timeline, budget and workflow for e-commerce photos; raise awareness of any scheduling concerns and anticipate overages or when additional resources are needed
- Oversee workflow for all website images from photo shoot to final retouched images
- Photo Editing Post Shoot: review incoming photography for adherence to style guidelines, make final selects, mark-ups and approvals including color corrections
- Work closely with the Sr Director, Art Direction, to ensure consistency in overall image quality and adherence to operational standards and guidelines
- Develop and implement best practices to generate efficiencies that provide increased productivity and organization excellence, as well as, serve as the immediate resource for asset management inquires
- Serve as a key subject matter expert in digital archiving, storage, migration of assets, file management and metadata.
- Supervise creation of shot list for all photo shoots and ensuring each file is properly tagged in the folder
Desired Background:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in E-commerce or related field
- Photo Studio experience
- Women’s apparel a plus
- Prior experience with image management system a plus
Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Capacity to manage expectations, set deadlines and follow up on projects with a strong sense of urgency
- Act in a position of leadership in resolving challenges with cross functional partners to work towards resolution
- Must be able to interact across departmental divisions and integrate/collaborate with them
- Must be creative, self-motivated and a problem solver
- Meticulous with attention to detail and organized with excellent follow up skills
- Comprehensive understanding of photography, video, and social media file formats and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator)
