The Coordinator Supply Chain supports the Supply Chain Department by providing 3rd party factory production monitoring and production orders processing ultimately ensuring product goes out on time. They support the Supply Chain Department’s Off-Price processing, monitoring closely with the factory, to ensure timely deliveries. They provide general administrative support for the Supply Chain. This role is a dynamic role involving multiple areas of the Supply Chain.


  • General Clerical Duties including printing reports, filing, organizing books, photocopying, etc.
  • Prepare and analyze reports as requested by VP
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquires
  • Schedule travel arrangements for the department
  • Prepare and file expense reports
  • Coordinate and maintain records (attendance for department)
  • Order personals (clothing allowance)
  • Order Supplies for the department
  • General admin responsibilities, including, but not limited to, breakfast & lunch ordering, maintaining office neatness & order


  • Domestic Production (Caitac)
    • Issue factory PO’s
    • Assist Sr. Manager with production follow up
    • Trim review & order
  • Process Special Cuts
  • Process upgrades & downsizing
  • Style & Raw Material memos
    • Analyze seasonal RM OTS for potential
    • Issue memos through BC
  • Fabric/trim request chart
  • Bulk references checking
    • Receive in BC & label bulk fabric references
    • Distribute fabric references to Materials Team
  • BNY Raw Material tracking in BC
  • Prepares and distributes daily, weekly & seasonal reports, OTS linesheets, MRP, Miniboards, Cost sheets/cost summaries, Combo reports, Margin reports, etc
  • Enter internal department sales orders in BC
  • Process all RA’s for department
  • Issue Off-Price cut tickets in DESL & BC
  • Data Entry for DESL, style creations, Fabric details, BOM
  • Responsible for company Donation/Gift giving processing
  • Supply Chain liaise for departmental functions


  • Four-year degree from an accredited college


  • 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field


  • Fashion industry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; meticulous and organized with excellent follow up skills
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven and attention to detail
  • Must be a team player and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to interact across departmental divisions
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be creative, self-motivated and be able to work independently
