Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, inspirational candidate who is passionate in creative & fashion culture, with proven success in expanding a brand’s presence by creatively driving user-centric digital experience.

 

This role is pivotal in handling the creative aspects of shoot, video production, team resourcing, budgets, coordinate the delivery of everything from ecommerce, chat commerce, social commerce imagery/assets to full brand campaigns. You are a key role in driving the brand’s identity, deliver creative content that engages communities.

 

  • Build a compelling content strategy that aligns with product launch schedules
  • Running a daily creative content production needs, preparing moodboard, shootboard, storyboard
  • Working with the Head of Creatives and creative contents team to define seasonal content production projects – seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, editorial and social content, product and ecomm/ chat commerce, social commerce, streaming, styling, video assets appropriately for all needs
  • Putting together the right teams of studios, photographers, stylists, HMUs, support crew, models, etc. – drawing from own networks as well as introducing new talent where needed
  • Overseeing all brand content production projects to be delivered on time, on brief, on budget
  • Working with the team to ensure that content production processes intermesh efficiently and effectively with collection sample delivery and availability
  • Perform all other job related duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in conceptual creative work, art-direction, (a minimum of 5+ years working within a fashion advertising agency, brand, or creative environment)
  • Strong creative vision and experience of business and digital/social performance channels- digital marketing, editorial, photography, multimedia driven
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects including brand campaigns, activations, moving image, design systems, streaming, digital, motion graphics, print, social campaigns
  • Hands on and able to create outstanding creative assets
  • Understanding of digital assets production at scale, post production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, email templates, quality etc.)
  • Understanding of social media, new digital formats and trends
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changeable & fast paced environment
  • Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets (Asia, US and non-English market experience is a big plus)
  • Experience in brief conception, storyboarding and on set art direction for shoots and campaigns, moving image and stills
  • Advanced technical skill set; including graphic design, typography, art direction, moving image and motion graphics animation, and use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Act as a brand guardian, consistently connecting and networking with relevant people/ brands for future opportunities
  • Committed to working after office hour and during weekend whenever required
  • Comfortable and willing to travel overseas
