We are looking to recruit an experienced Retail Manager with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and a passion for skincare. A store-based role, you will oversee our 7 concessions within world renowned luxury department stores in London and the UK. Leading your team, ensuring overall growth and success of the business and delivering the highest level of service to clients. The ideal candidate must have experience of working within Luxury Retail, be hands on, with proven leadership qualities and an unparalleled level of professionalism. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Multi-site management of the London and UK. retail team
- Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of operations for our counters within the London retail stores -including sales, scheduling, stock and team management
- Manage and motivate the teams to achieve retail targets, whilst leading by example and providing exceptional customer service
- Build strong partnerships with in-store management teams, and Sturm senior management teams
- Develop relationships with customers to drive repeat business and grow the in-store customer database
- Manage inventory and lead counter stock takes. Ensure optimum stock levels by liaising with in store merchandising and buying teams
- Ensure Counter standards are always maintained, including visual merchandising and hygiene supplies
- Conduct team monthly 121’s, analysing individual monthly sales results. Actively provide ongoing training and coaching to your team
- Confidently offer and conduct consultations for all walk-in Dr. Barbara Sturm customers
- Be a true ambassador of the brand
Skills & Knowledge:
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Multi-tasker and ability to balance priorities
- Strong people management and listening skills
- Advanced knowledge of Skincare
- Leading by example to inspire and motivate your team
You Will Also Have:
- 3+ years as a Business Manager in the beauty industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Extensive retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics space
- Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota
- Ability to learn and utilize POS Systems, clientele tools and software.
Who You Are:
- Focused on attention to detail, takes initiative in high-pressure situations and thinks on their feet
- Ability to work well with others, as well as independently to drive a successful business
- Demonstrate ability to understand sales and targets
- Confidently offer client consultations and express treatments
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented settings that require a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability; and have a “take on anything” attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays. Variable shifts, dependant on business needs
- Travel to Sturm counters within the UK, will be required
