Your impact

This is a unique opportunity to make data made fashion a key driver of Otrium’s growth. This role is responsible for the overall implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company data made fashion strategy. 

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with our merchandising & partner success teams to define and implement data made fashion strategies for our brand partners
  • Work with Otrium’s leadership team to mitigate any reasons that block brands from producing for Otrium
  • Ensure optimal inventory supply and quality range in eCom through package creation and guidance to the team on activation/deactivation
  • Manage and conduct in-depth analysis on sell-through
  • Conduct regular in-depth analysis of product performance driving action plans deriving therefrom
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with our growth and product teams
  • Act as a point of contact with key stakeholders following up action plans and correct implementation of ranges on Otrium
  • Evaluate the competencies of subordinates on a regular basis and provide prompt feedback and guidance to drive high performance (if applicable)
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data made fashion process improvement. You'll closely with the sales management team in providing input for reproduction strategy.  
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
  •  Provide input to senior leadership in what’s needed to bring data made fashion to the next level

About you

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales experience in fashion, tech or the internet industry
  • People management experience: Proven track record of driving a sales efficiency both local and remote in an international environment
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing company before, start-up and/or scale-up is preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and prioritize aggressive deadlines, as a team leader and as an individual contributor
  • Strong use of insights and quantitative decision making to inform the sales process
  • Proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • You have affinity with the fashion industry 
  • You are fun, energetic and you fit in the team
