Our team now consists of writers, editors, designers, photographers, podcasters, engineers, and so many other key players who cement HODINKEE’s position as the most trusted source for watch news and products. We have a website. An app. A podcast. A magazine. A retail business. And more. HODINKEE’s goal is to bring readers and consumers the best in wristwatches in a way that’s approachable, authentic, honest and fun.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop key brand campaigns and initiatives in order to deliver against key business and/or customer goals
  • Lead project planning and management of all brand marketing programs, overseeing the go to market strategy from kick off through to execution
  • Build and nurture cross-functional collaboration with key internal partners, including the marketing organization, creative, editorial, merchandising, and brand partnerships 
  • Work closely with with Digital Marketing team on all BAU and Campaign activities with oversight on how the brand is delivered and communicated to new audiences 
  • Establish and maintain the critical planning timeline for all campaigns and events; communicate strategic milestones and updates to key stakeholders; evaluate and flag any critical changes that will impact the projected go-live or launch
  • Lead all event production, source and manage external vendors or agencies, input on creative development and maintain utmost quality standards and professionalism as a representative of the brand on the ground 
  • Promote best in class creative and brand execution by staying on top of industry trends and leveraging key learnings from past projects
  • Create efficiencies and constantly evolve internal processes to streamline how work gets done;  
  • Establish any necessary operating and engagement models to direct the flow of work 
  • Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to scope and vet new partnerships
  • Set best in class practices for how HODINKEE manages and executes partnerships 
  • Brainstorm and propose new ideas to that support overarching business goals and KPI’s

  • Process oriented; always looks for ways to improve process and/or create efficiencies  
  • A team player with management experience


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Marketing
  • New York City based 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Project Management experience a plus
