Vestiaire Collective is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team, based in Paris.

You will report to the Head of HR Tech, Supply & APAC and is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units/perimeters. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.

What you'll do

• Participate in the definition of the HR strategy :

• Understand and decline the HR strategy of the company according to the population managed.
• Determine the flagship projects according to this strategy and the expectations of the operational staff (raise them to his hierarchy).
• Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with his hierarchy.

• Advise and support operational staff :

• Respond to the demands of operational staff in all areas of HR (labour law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, IORPs management, etc.).
• If necessary, call on specialized expertise (internally or externally).
• Provide support to managers in the application of labour law and in the development of teams (recruitment, career management, etc.).
• Support operational staff in their HR decisions (recruitment, dismissal, evaluation interview, promotion, conflict, social litigation, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions.
• Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures.

• Implement of HR projects

• Autonomously lead the multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: new organizational chart, working time arrangement,
• Development in APAC :
• Follow up on admin with suppliers on engagement contract / invoice, relation with new joiners,
• switch to our legal entity, preparation of engagement contract by country (China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam) and all HR documentation,
• follow up on HRIS all changes - Change of reporting, cost center, department, Manager
• Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations.
• Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools.
• Assess the satisfaction of operational staff with the HR performance delivered and the expected results.

Who you are

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP role in an international context
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management
• Economic and financial culture, coupled with an essential field experience in a production unit in order to promote dialogue with operational staff and to be credible with them.
• Knowledge of Tech and supply functions in a digital / Ecommerce environment ideally
• You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, firmness and strength of conviction
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
• Fluent English.
