Overview
The Team Coordinator supports three diverse teams at Stella McCartney; People & Culture, Visual Merchandising and E-Commerce. The Team Coordinator primarily supports the Directors in prioritising their demands but also their teams, ensuring a smooth operation and flow of information within the teams. This is a varied role which allows great visibility to the business operation. As a new position, the employee has the ability to scope this role and embed good practice ways of working.
Your Mission:
- Response for diary management for the three directors, including the Chief People Officer
- Support the Directors in processing of their expenses and booking travel
- Prepare presentations and meeting agendas for supported Directors
- Responsible for travel arrangements of the broader supported teams, ensuring best value for money and in line with the travel policy
- Act as the primary contact for team queries
- Coordinate touch points, team meetings and events for supported teams
- Lead the coordination of the induction and onboarding of new starters within the supported teams
- Support all Stella McCartney teams in ensuring information is up to date and accurate e.g. team org charts
- Proactively identify gaps in processes and ways of working and recommend solutions

- You will be efficient and flexible in order to balance the requirements of the diverse teams
- You have the ability to be discreet at all times and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
- You connect quickly with people and have the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and know when to reach out to peers for support
- You are a self starter, with great organisational and time management skills. You can work independently and often under pressure to meet deadlines
- You have a keenness to learn more about the luxury fashion industry and develop your career

- Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
