Job Title: Assistant Manager, Omnichannel Membership (Loyalty)
Primary Purpose: The newly-created position of Assistant Manager, Omnichannel Membership, will serve as a key member of the Coach Insider team, responsible for facilitating the day-to-day program coordination and execution of Insider strategies, across both Outlet and Retail teams. This is a highly cross-functional position that requires a superb attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. This role reports into the Senior Director, Omnichannel Membership.

- Maintain the multichannel Insider calendar.
- Create internal documentation of processes and training manuals.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with key cross-functional partners.
- Ensure seamless cross-functional communication, alignment, and execution of program strategies.
- Support the implementation of highly efficient and unambiguous workstreams.
- Facilitate the planning of membership meetings and coordination of meeting outcomes.
- Develop decks and templates for sharing Insider strategies, results, and roadmaps with both cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
