Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.


As a Business Analyst, you will play an active role in the development of our business strategy through the planning, assessment, and communication of activities, data and metrics. Reporting to the Head of Private Client for North America, and working closely with partners across the organization, you will drive analytical support to inform and influence sound decision making.


    • Support Head of Private Client, North America to assemble and implement strategic, operating and financial plans
    • Work with Senior Management in analysis of business problems; lead multiple team work streams; combine findings, develop presentations, and communicate action items
    • Analyze and interpret data drawn from several systems
    • Review market trends and identify business opportunities across important indicators
    • Support the annual budget and strategic planning process
    • Help with projects related to growth projects such as regional and channel expansion
    • Help develop materials to communicate strategy throughout the company
    • Be a liaison with Sales Managers to obtain input into plans and commitment to projects
    • Help lead senior meetings by developing agendas, presentations and actions items
    • Work with data teams to support sales-specific analytics and trends
    • Prepare ad hoc business intelligence, insights and reporting for important partners


    • 2+ years of experience in analytics or consulting
    • Able to quickly analyze essential issues and develop hypotheses, summarize complex topics and create compelling narratives for several audiences
    • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
    • Comfort developing and navigating multiple relationships to check data or insights
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to influence change in senior partners
    • Understanding the fashion and luxury industry
